2. Your exclusive agent will work with you to prepare your property criteria, schedule all showings and follow up.
3. Once you've found your perfect home we'll write & negotiate all offers and prepare the file all the way to closing. 
4. Upon successful closing you will be sent your buyer rebate.

Rebate Options

Home Warranty 
Purchase your new home with some added assurance that you are extra protected. Buyers Vantage will cover the cost of a one year premier home warranty through American Home Shield. 

Reduced Listing Commission 
Is selling your home part of purchasing your new one? If so, take advantage of this offer where Buyers Vantage will reduce the commission to list your home. Using one of our Buyers Agents to purchase your new home will result in a commission reduction of up to 1%. 

Cash Rebate 
Buying a new home can come with some added expense. Whether it's that new area rug that would look amazing in the living room or helping to pay those pesky moving expenses. Buyers Vantage offers a rebate based upon the purchase price of your new home. Contact our office for details.
